Mika (Tianjin) Pipeline Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Tianjin, one of the four municipalities directly under the central government of the People's Republic of China. Tianjin serves as a strategic fulcrum of the Maritime Silk Road and the intersection of the "One Belt, One Road" initiative, which is clearly positioned as an international integrated transportation hub.
We provide reliable and high-quality pipe clamp products to ensure a non-leakage seal across dynamic applications. Our manufacturing and application fields include automotive assemblies, military equipment, air intake systems, engine exhaust systems, cooling and heating networks, agricultural irrigation, and industrial drainage infrastructure.
Guided by our founder Mr. Zhang Di, who possesses nearly 15 years of industry experience, we are constantly delving into the essence of connection technology and innovative product engineering. By maintaining a strong technical force, optimized production processes, and precision tooling facilities, we offer exceptional cost performance and standardized quality control.
Tracing our journey from a local precision mould maker to a national high-tech manufacturing leader.
Our foundation was laid as a high-precision mould manufacturing workshop, building our deep-rooted capability in metallurgical design and tooling precision.
Formally restructured to design, engineer, and manufacture heavy-duty connection clamps and coupling technologies for industrial pipelines.
Due to our excellent quality control, we established long-term cooperative partnerships with major domestic automotive OEMs, including GM Wuling, China FAW, BYD, and Changan.
Gained independent export rights. Established solid distribution channels and partnerships with commercial pipeline buyers in the Middle East, Europe, and the United States.
To align with our strategic expansion, the company rebranded and invested 20% of sales revenue back into automated manufacturing tools, doubling production capacity.
Obtained national-level certification for technology-based small and medium enterprises. Formally secured IATF 16949:2016 certification and national high-tech enterprise credentials.
Established our second production facility in Hebei Province (2023) and our third strategic manufacturing base in Chongqing (2024) to support automotive manufacturing nodes locally.
Delivering consistent product performance through disciplined workforce development and standard operations.
Safety: We operate under the belief that safety incidents can be controlled, prevented, and eliminated.
Quality: Follows our four-fold quality rule: "Not designing, not manufacturing, not accepting, and not transferring unqualified products."
Systematization: Omnidirectional training tracking our engineers' careers.
Institutionalization: Routine drills to maintain process consistency.
Effectiveness: Ensuring skill development directly translates to structural joint reliability.
All employees are skilled workers who have been engaged in the clamp industry for more than ten years. The team operates under Mr. Zhang Di's business philosophy: "Reputation, competitive price, and sincere service."
Integrate new hires into our strict production standards quickly.
Increase quality awareness to maintain zero-accident factory environments.
Ensure batch consistency to prevent field failures at client applications.
Understanding metallurgical properties, surface lubrication, and thermal tensioning of heavy-duty pipe clamps.
Most industrial clamps are made of austenitic stainless steel (such as 201, 301, 304, and 316). While heat treatment leaves raw material non-magnetic, the subsequent cold-rolling process used to meet high hardness and tensile strength requirements introduces local deformation. This deformation converts austenite into martensite, generating a slight magnetic field. Thus, magnetism in cold-formed clamps indicates enhanced structural hardness, rather than poor raw material quality.
Galvanized layers on carbon steel screws act as a dry lubricant during installation, optimizing torque efficiency and preventing micro-seizure under high tensions. In non-galvanized assemblies, wax compound substitutes are applied. However, these wax agents can dry out or degrade during shipping or storage. To ensure predictable installation torque, we recommend keeping screws galvanized or using specialized thread lubrication.
Spring-loaded T-bolt clamps are designed for commercial vehicle coolant loops and charge air coolers to absorb hose thermal expansion and contraction. During installation, avoid completely compressing the spring. Bottoming out the spring turns it into a solid, inactive spacer. This prevents thermal compensation, increases hose tension, damages fittings, and shortens connection lifespan.
Mika (Tianjin) maintains sufficient raw materials sourced from tier-one steel mills. Upon arrival, every batch of steel sheet and wire undergoes comprehensive testing for metallurgy, hardness, yield strength, and dimensional tolerances. Once verified, materials enter our temperature-controlled warehouse.
Our engineering division, featuring 8 technical personnel (including 5 senior engineers), manages product design and runs our in-house mould manufacturing center. Having tooling design and production capabilities in-house allows us to adjust to client requests, control dimensions, and shorten tooling lead times.

Mika Pipeline holds a series of utility design patents and system certifications ensuring high-quality standards.

Providing supply chain resilience, compliance, and custom design options to global OEM operations.
Our production nodes in Tianjin, Hebei, and Chongqing provide robust business continuity planning (BCP). In the event of localized supply chain interruptions, manufacturing capacity can shift seamlessly between bases to meet delivery schedules.
Certified under IATF 16949:2016, our engineering teams co-develop products with automotive OEMs (such as BYD and Changan). We supply pre-engineered connection systems designed to reduce warranty issues and minimize assembly line time.
Mika complies with global regulations, providing complete material traceability, PPAP documentation, and ASTM / DIN compliance records. Our team ensures streamlined shipping and logistics to North American, European, and Asia-Pacific ports.

These designations follow DIN 3017 standards. W1 refers to fully galvanized carbon steel. W2 uses a stainless steel band and housing with a galvanized steel screw. W4 is made entirely of 304-grade stainless steel, suitable for highly corrosive environments. W5 is made of marine-grade 316 stainless steel, offering maximum chemical and pitting resistance.
Measure the outer diameter (OD) of the hose after it has been pushed onto the fitting or coupling connection. Choose a clamp size range where your measured OD falls near the middle of the clamp's operational adjustment range to allow for thermal expansion.
Yes. With our dedicated, in-house mould center and a team of 8 technicians, we can design, model, and manufacture specialized clamp widths, band thicknesses, and connection mechanisms to meet specific OEM requirements.
We provide full PPAP Level 3 documentation, IMDS registry compliance, raw material mill test reports, and torque-tension performance analysis sheets to verify compliance with IATF 16949 standards.
