Explore our high-performance industrial clamping products engineered for zero-leakage sealing in extreme environments.
Understanding material compositions, torque thresholds, and pressure retention metrics in critical applications.
Under the German DIN 3017 standard directive, worm drive hose clamps are classified into distinct structural grades representing their alloy metallurgy and anti-corrosive limits. At Mika Pipeline, we strictly deliver products matching these globally accepted specifications:
Each grade undergoes strict dimensional control and torque verification to ensure optimal clamp force distribution, preventing band shearing or thread stripping during assembly.
Mika's DIN 3017 pipeline components are deployed globally across high-stress environments to guarantee continuous operation.
Our hose clamps are highly integrated into vehicle assembly lines, serving charge air coolers, exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) systems, and engine coolant connections for top brands like BYD, Changan, GM Wuling, and China FAW.
Heavy municipal operations demand stable joint performance. Our German type non-welded hose clamps guarantee leak-free operation in wastewater treatment, chemical delivery, and cooling systems under changing pressures.
Utilizing high-grade W4 and W5 stainless steel, our pipeline clamps resist aggressive saline atmospheres, defending critical bilge lines, marine exhaust ports, and deck-level gas systems from rapid corrosion.
Debunking common quality myths and optimizing high-vibration piping joints.
Science Fact: Many engineers believe that if a stainless steel hose clamp attracts a magnet, it indicates poor raw materials. The reality is quite the opposite. To meet high tensile strength limits and sustain continuous clamping pressures, austenitic stainless steels (such as 201, 301, 304, and 316) must undergo intensive cold rolling processes. Cold rolling reduces strip thickness, modifies internal grain structures, increases hardness, and consequently generates a localized magnetic field. Thus, magnetism in finished clamps verifies the mechanical hardness needed for robust installations.
Science Fact: Smooth torque transmission depends heavily on thread lubrication. A galvanized layer on carbon steel screws functions as a dry lubricant, preventing galling. Under the DIN3017 standard, steel screws are galvanized for this reason. In configurations requiring non-plated options, specialized wax compounds are used. However, because wax coatings can evaporate or degrade under high shipping and warehouse temperatures, we recommend using galvanized screws to maintain long-term lubrication and stable tightening torque.
Commonly integrated into heavy truck cooling and charge air piping, spring-loaded T-bolt clamps compensate for thermal expansion and contraction in rubber hoses. When installing these clamps, the tension spring must not be fully compressed.
If compressed completely into a solid spacer, two critical issues occur: first, the system loses its ability to flex under thermal changes; second, heating the pipeline assembly generates excessive radial forces that can damage soft hose walls and cause premature joint failure.
A history of innovation in pipeline connection and high-precision mold engineering.
Strategically headquartered in Tianjin, a key logistics hub of the Maritime Silk Road and the Belt and Road Initiative, Mika Pipeline provides high-quality pipe clamp solutions designed to prevent system leaks. Backed by IATF 16949:2016 certification and national high-tech enterprise recognition, we operate three specialized production bases across China to serve industrial clients worldwide.

Formed with a focus on high-precision mold engineering, providing the foundation for our manufacturing capabilities.
Formally restructured as a production-oriented enterprise specializing in high-performance fluid connections and pipe clamps.
Established direct supply relationships with major domestic automotive OEMs, including BYD, Changan, China FAW, and GM Wuling.
Obtained independent export rights, expanding supply chain capabilities to international distributors.
Expanded distribution networks into Europe, North America, and Middle Eastern markets.
Tianjin Jinchaoyang Hose Clamp Co., Ltd. officially renamed Mika (Tianjin) Pipeline Technology Co., Ltd. 20% of sales revenue reinvested in automated manufacturing systems.
Recognized as a national technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise for design innovations.
Earned IATF 16949:2016 certification and national high-tech enterprise status, confirming our compliance with automotive quality systems.
Opened a second production base in Hebei Province (2023) followed by a third facility in Chongqing (2024) to satisfy increasing global demand.
Our commitment to reliable pipeline connections, backed by certified raw materials and senior engineering support.
We source steel exclusively from top-tier domestic mills. Each incoming batch is subjected to comprehensive testing covering chemical composition, hardness, tensile strength, and dimensions. Qualified batches are cataloged and stored in our temperature-controlled warehouse to prevent oxidation.

Supported by 8 dedicated technicians (including 5 senior engineers), Mika operates an in-house tooling workshop. This allows us to design custom molds, modify band profiles, and resolve complex application challenges on-site.

How our commitment to employee training and process consistency drives product reliability.
Our operation is built on four core quality rules: do not design unqualified products, do not manufacture unqualified products, do not accept unqualified products, and do not transfer unqualified products.
We believe structured training is vital to manufacturing quality. Every new employee undergoes thorough safety, process compliance, and quality standard training to ensure consistency across all production steps.
Our production leads and operators average over ten years of experience in the clamp industry. This expertise allows us to maintain tight tolerances and minimize defects.
Ensuring compliance with international trade and technical standards for global distributors and OEMs.
Mika Pipeline manufactures products in strict compliance with DIN 3017 (Germany), SAE J1508 (USA), and BS 5315 (UK) standards. Our raw materials comply with EU directives, including REACH and RoHS. This allows international buyers to integrate our products seamlessly without worrying about chemical or safety non-compliance.
With three manufacturing bases in Tianjin, Hebei, and Chongqing, we maintain strong production capacity. Located near major ports, we offer quick shipping and support localized stocking strategies to help global buyers reduce lead times.
We assign a dedicated sales engineer to every project. From matching CAD drawings to organizing trial assemblies and providing inspection logs, our team handles all technical aspects to support your project from development to delivery.
