Explore our premium grade engineered connection products. Highly recommended for heavy automotive, mechanical engineering, and municipal supply utilities in the Berlin-Brandenburg region.
Berlin-Brandenburg is fast becoming Europe’s vanguard of electric mobility, smart infrastructure, and clean technology. From the expansive Gigafactories in the regional vicinity to municipal energy grids managed by Berliner Wasserbetriebe and major heat networks, the demand for durable connection systems is rising exponentially.
Local German engineering demands strict adherence to European regulations, specifically DIN 3017 standards. Hose clamping systems must guarantee leak-free operation under high temperatures, pressure variations, and corrosive environmental exposure. Whether dealing with cooling loops of power conversion modules in e-vehicles, biogas pipeline networks, or ventilation ducts in green builds, sourcing reliable clamps is a safety-critical mission.
Our solutions target these specific structural needs, matching W1, W2, W4, and W5 material options with rigorous vibration testing and precise tension control.
Combining the cost-efficiency of global supply chains with the technical rigor demanded by Germany's industrial heartland.
Mika evolved from a dedicated mould processing center established in 2002. This background enables us to design and fabricate high-precision stamping and bending tools in-house, ensuring clamping bands with smooth edges that prevent hose damage during installation.
Unlike standard trading companies, we verify every single heat of raw materials arriving at our warehouse. We conduct chemical analysis, tensile testing, and hardness calibration to confirm compliance with international grades like SS304, SS316, and high-performance structural steel.
Our production facilities are certified under the automotive quality standard IATF 16949. This ensures standardized processes, complete batch traceability, failure mode analysis (FMEA), and continuous performance optimization.
Located in Tianjin, a key international integrated transportation hub and strategic fulcrum of the Maritime Silk Road, Mika Pipeline Tech specializes in engineering and manufacturing leakage-free connection systems. Under the visionary direction of our founder Mr. Zhang Di, who holds over 15 years of industry experience, the company has expanded its manufacturing footprint to meet global demands.
We provide standard and customized hose clamps for automotive, defense, air intake systems, cooling loops, irrigation lines, and municipal drainage. By keeping operations clean, systematic, and standardized, we strive to serve as a reliable supply-chain anchor for OEM buyers in Western Europe.

A look at the underlying principles that drive Mika's reliable production quality.
"Good people, solid work" - We prioritize integrity, transparent communications, and clean interactions within our team. We ensure our workforce respects the laws of manufacturing physics to get every individual product perfect.
We approach staff development systematically and routinely. Training focuses on diversification (matching the skill levels of trainees) and real-world effectiveness to boost product quality and process consistency.
Our strict operating guidelines require: Not designing unqualified products, not manufacturing unqualified products, and not accepting or transferring unqualified components.
Addressing common misconceptions and parameters when selecting clamping products.
Many procurement managers use magnetic field testing to assess stainless steel grade quality, assuming magnetism equates to low-grade carbon steel. In the context of cold-rolled clamps, the opposite is often true.
We source premium austenitic stainless steels (such as 201, 301, 304, and 316). While fully annealed materials are non-magnetic, clamp bands must possess high yield strength and tensile resilience to hold tension. Achieving these physical characteristics requires cold-rolling, which compresses the internal lattice structures, giving rise to minor magnetic fields. Without this mechanical cold-working, the clamp would fail to hold critical pressures in demanding settings.
Tightening torque is easily lost to thread friction if the clamp screws are dry. Carbon steel screws in standard German style (DIN 3017) clamps are electro-galvanized. This zinc coating acts as a dry lubricant, reducing thread-locking forces and converting torque directly into tension.
In cases where raw stainless steel screws are used without plating, a wax-emulsion compound must be pre-applied. However, since wax coatings can dry out, wash off, or degrade during transit, we strongly recommend choosing zinc-plated or specialized surface-coated screws to guarantee uniform clamping performance.
Spring-loaded T-Bolt clamps are widely used in heavy transport vehicles and cooling circuits because they accommodate thermal expansion and contraction. However, installation techniques significantly impact their service life.
Common Mistake: Tightening the nut until the spring is completely compressed (bottomed out). In this state, the spring behaves like a solid spacer, preventing the clamp from absorbing expansion, which often leads to hose rupture or joint leakage. Installers must always leave a specified gap in the spring coil to allow mechanical play.

Mika purchases raw steel coils exclusively from top-tier Chinese manufacturers. Each delivery is accompanied by mill test certificates (MTC) stating composition, chemical distribution, and physical metrics.
Once arrived, our QA technicians perform verification checks using Spectrometers and Hardness testers. Only verified coils are cataloged, tagged, and transferred to the humidity-controlled raw material warehouse for production use.
