Engineered to meet DIN3017, SAE, and international automotive and industrial engineering standards.
Uncompromising sealing security designed for extreme high-pressure, heavy-vibration, and high-tensile piping installations.
In high-pressure industrial fluid mechanics, the integrity of a pipeline connection is only as reliable as its clamping system. Punch Lok hose clamps represent the zenith of permanently locked, high-strength tension banding systems. Unlike traditional worm-drive fasteners which are prone to backing off under thermal expansion and high-frequency vibration, Punch Lok clamps utilize a specialized mechanical interlocking system. The band is tensioned with specialized pneumatic or mechanical tooling and permanently secured with a heavy-duty punch lock buckle.
This design creates a completely flat profile and a near-perfect radial distribution of clamping pressure. The continuous, 360-degree force prevents localized stress concentration on the hose cover, reducing cold flow leakage issues while guaranteeing zero-slack operations in heavy duty mining slurry hoses, agricultural irrigation delivery pipelines, exhaust coupling, and gas processing operations. The lack of projecting bolt heads also significantly reduces mechanical snag hazards, protecting operations in confined spaces.
Tianjin, China - Leading The Evolution of Pipe Connection Technology
Strategically stationed in Tianjin, a municipal economic powerhouse and core maritime hub connecting the "One Belt And One Road" trade corridor, Mika Pipeline Technology is an international integrated transport-supported powerhouse. We supply critical engineering connection systems, custom pipeline fittings, and high-performance industrial clamps to global markets.
With dynamic, state-of-the-art production facilities, our company specializes in premium-tier connection systems that guarantee non-leakage performance under extreme industrial conditions. Our industrial sealing clamps are deployed globally in automotive engine management, military installations, air intake, thermal cooling, gas transport, agricultural irrigation, and chemical wastewater routing systems.
Headed by our visionary founder, Mr. Zhang Di, with over 15 years of precision engineering experience, Mika continually invests in innovative R&D. By implementing strict quality controls and process standardization, we ensure our global buyers receive exceptional quality stability.
Mika Pipeline Technology holds numerous independent utility and structural design patents. Our high-pressure clamping solutions undergo rigorous metallographic testing, salt spray corrosion tests, dynamic radial force tests, and vibration tests to ensure compliance with strict international benchmarks including DIN 3017 and IATF 16949:2016.
Every product batch is systematically stamped and traced from raw metallurgical coils down to the finished item. This guarantees absolute structural uniformity, consistent clamping force distribution, and excellent long-term corrosion resistance for industrial buyers.

A deep dive into the engineering principles that dictate mechanical clamping performance under severe conditions.
A common industrial misconception is that magnetism indicates inferior stainless steel. In reality, the opposite is often true. High-strength clamps require austenitic stainless steels (such as 201, 301, 304, and 316) to undergo cold rolling.
Cold rolling changes the material's grain structure to achieve high tensile strength and band hardness. This process partially transforms the austenitic microstructure into magnetic martensite. Therefore, mild magnetism is a natural by-product of work hardening, confirming the clamp's high structural strength.
Friction during clamp installation directly impacts radial clamping force. Mika's carbon steel screw assemblies are coated with high-efficiency zinc plating, which acts as a dry lubricant during high-torque tightening.
For unplated screws, dry wax compounds are required. However, exposure to harsh environmental conditions or thermal cycles can cause wax to break down, resulting in thread galling. We recommend zinc-plated or specialized alloy-coated screws to maintain consistent installation torque and reliable tension.
Coolant and exhaust systems on heavy trucks experience significant thermal cycles. Using a standard clamp can cause joint leaks during temperature changes. Mika's spring-loaded T-bolt clamps provide dynamic compensation for thermal expansion and contraction.
When installing these systems, ensure the spring is not fully compressed. Over-tightening turns the spring into a solid spacer, neutralizing its thermal compensation. This can lead to excessive tension, damaged hose materials, and premature joint failure.
With 8 dedicated R&D technicians and 5 senior engineers on-site, Mika operates a fully equipped, in-house tooling center. We can engineer custom clamps to match your specific dimensions, material grades, or pressure ratings.
From raw material inspection (hardness, tensile strength, and dimension verification) to final quality testing, our technical team provides end-to-end quality assurance for high-performance pipeline and connection projects.

Discover how Mika's high-pressure clamping solutions perform in challenging environments globally.
Offshore marine systems require high corrosion resistance. Standard galvanized steel clamps can fail rapidly when exposed to saltwater spray and high humidity.
For these environments, Mika supplies AISI 316 stainless steel clamps. These clamps contain molybdenum, which provides superior resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in marine and offshore applications.
Turbocharger intake ducts, diesel cooling circuits, and exhaust connections experience high mechanical vibration and temperatures up to 250°C.
Mika's spring-loaded T-bolt and V-band clamps maintain consistent joint pressure under these conditions, preventing boost leaks and coolant loss across fleet operations.
Agricultural water routing systems demand robust and reliable connections. Water lines are regularly laid across uneven terrain and exposed to direct sunlight and mechanical movement.
Our Punch Lok systems offer high radial strength, preventing hoses from slipping off under pressure and ensuring stable water distribution across large fields.
Providing secure, reliable connection and sealing performance across a wide range of industries.
Leveraging Tianjin's shipping corridors and our multi-base domestic network to guarantee supply stability.
