Engineered with precision for standard and heavy-duty industrial installations. Explore our primary collection.
Mika (Tianjin) Pipeline Technology Co., Ltd is strategically located in Tianjin, one of the four municipalities directly under the government of the People's Republic of China. As a vital structural node of the Maritime Silk Road and the intersection of the "One Belt and One Road" initiative, Tianjin provides unparalleled logistical advantages and access to world-class steel resources.
Under the visionary leadership of our founder, Mr. Zhang Di, who possesses nearly 15 years of technical expertise in connection engineering, Mika has grown from a specialized toolmaker into an international leader in pipeline fastening technology. We supply reliable, high-performance sealing systems to global automotive, military, industrial drainage, and agriculture markets.
The convergence of materials technology, supply-chain scale, and manufacturing maturity enables unparalleled price-to-performance benchmarks.
Mika evolved from a dedicated mold manufacturer (Jinchaoyang Mould). This historical focus translates to custom progressive tooling that guarantees ear dimensions with micron-level tolerances. The "ear" dimensions are critical; even 0.1mm deviations alter radial tension profile.
By leveraging northern China's robust steel supply chains, we purchase premium SS304 and SS316 with verified chemistry profiles. Through calibrated cold-rolling, we optimize tensile strength without introducing material brittleness, allowing the ear to flex during crimping without fracture risk.
With 20% of sales reinvested in advanced production systems, Mika utilizes optical inspection systems at multiple stages of the manufacturing line, guaranteeing zero defect levels for critical automotive and marine applications.
Essential insights for pipeline engineering professionals to prevent premature seal failures.
A common misconception is that magnetism indicates poor stainless steel quality. The opposite is often true for fastening applications. Clamps utilize austenitic alloys (like AISI 304/316) that are non-magnetic in their soft, annealed state. However, to develop the high tensile strength required to secure high-pressure hoses, the metal must undergo significant cold rolling. This mechanical deformation transforms portions of the austenite crystal structure into martensite, which is magnetic. Hence, mild magnetic attraction confirms proper cold-work hardening, verifying structural resilience.
In threaded fastening clamps (DIN3017 models), the friction between male and female threads dictates the clamping torque conversion rate. Zinc plating on carbon steel screws acts as a structural lubricant, reducing friction. If raw stainless screws are requested without plating, we use a specialized wax compound to prevent thread galling. Note that transport heat and high-humidity warehouse storage can dry out temporary waxes, causing torque inconsistency. We recommend choosing galvanized steel screws or targeted anti-galling coatings to preserve stable performance.
T-Bolt clamps with integrated springs are deployed in heavy-duty charge air and engine cooling loops. The spring accommodates cyclic hose expansion and contraction caused by thermal swings. During installation, the spring must not be fully compressed. If bottomed out, it behaves like a rigid washer, losing its compensation capacity and exposing the connection to catastrophic leakage or hose tearing during temperature drops.
Where our pipeline connection systems are deployed worldwide.
Utilized extensively in radiator cooling loops, charge air coolers (CAC), and fuel line routing. Mika is proud to be a qualified supplier to premier Chinese automotive manufacturers including GM Wuling, China FAW, BYD, and Changan.
For systems handling saltwater or acidic chemicals, our W4 (304) and W5 (316) marine-grade stainless options ensure structural integrity. Resists chloride pitting and stress corrosion cracking in offshore environments.
High-integrity ear clamps and double-bolt robust systems prevent blowouts in heavy-duty agricultural hose assemblies, dealing with continuous exposure to mud, UV radiation, and changing weather conditions.
From local toolmaking to leading-edge manufacturing across multiple industrial bases.
Good people, solid work: Built on a foundation of mutual trust and transparency. We practice a dedicated craftsmanship spirit, ensuring all details are carefully verified.
We do not design, manufacture, accept, or transfer out-of-spec products. Every batch undergoes strict hardness, dimensions, and tension testing prior to warehouse storage.
We approach staff training through a five-pillar framework: Systematization, Institutionalization, Diversification, Initiative, and Effectiveness to ensure consistently high-quality outputs across all production lines.
Verifiable documentation ensures compliance with international quality standards.
Mika Pipeline Technology holds numerous design and utility patents. The geometry of our single-ear and stepless clamps is engineered to distribute radial force evenly around the hose circumference. We maintain full material traceability, verifying the physical properties of our incoming steel coils before they enter the stamping process.

Our raw materials are sourced from leading Chinese steel producers. Each delivery is inspected to verify dimensions, tensile strength, and hardness parameters before releasing it to our manufacturing floor.
